HOTEL RAFFAELLO, Florence – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, but the size was a bit small and basic. On the bright side, they were clean, including the bed, bathroom, and carpet floors, and had a strong Wi-Fi connection. The service was great, especially with booking tours and taxis, but there were some difficulties due to the volume of people at the registration point. The location was convenient, close to the airport and attractive, with easy access to shops, restaurants, a coffee shop, and a bar, but it was extremely quiet on weekends with limited late-night options. The dining options were not up to par, with very limited varieties and room for improvement, although there were traditional local cakes available. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience didn't meet expectations.
